‘জুলাইয়ের বিষাদ সিন্ধু বা Requiems for July Martyrs’

পুরো জাতিকে মুক্ত করার জন্য স্লোগান দিয়েছিলেন কুমিল্লার তরুণ আবু বকর সিদ্দিক। কিন্তু আবু বকর এখন স্লোগানতো দূরের কথা, কোন কিছুই উচ্চারণ করতে পারেন না। হাসিনার পেটোয়া বাহিনী কেড়ে নিয়েছে আবু বকরের কথা বলার অধিকার, কেড়ে নিয়েছে তার কণ্ঠস্বর। সে এখন সকল প্রশ্নে কেবলই তাকিয়ে থাকে, দিতে পারেনা উত্তর।
ফ্যাসিবাদী ব্যবস্থা বিলোপের স্বপ্নে জুলাইয়ের রক্তাক্ত দিনগুলোতে যারা রাজপথে রক্ত ঝরিয়েছেন, বুলেটের সামনে শূন্য হাতে লড়ে গেছেন বুক ভরা সাহস ও আর দেশপ্রেম নিয়ে, মৃত্যুর দুয়ার থেকে ফিরে আসা সেইসব বীরদের লড়াই সংগ্রামের কথা নিয়ে সংস্কৃতি বিষয়ক মন্ত্রণালয় বানিয়েছে "জুলাই বীরগাথা" শিরোনামে একটি ডকুমেন্টারি সিরিজ। যার প্রথমটি ছিল চোখ হারানো মাহবুবুলকে নিয়ে। কণ্ঠ হারানো জুলাই যোদ্ধা আবু বকর সিদ্দিকের কথা নিয়ে আজ প্রকাশিত হলো "জুলাই বীরগাথা" সিরিজের দ্বিতীয় গল্প।

জুলাই গণ-অভ্যুত্থান ছিল ফ্যাসিবাদী শাসকের বিরুদ্ধে ধর্ম-বর্ণ-শ্রেণি-বয়স নির্বিশেষে সকল পর্যায়ের সকল মানুষের সম্মিলিত লড়াই। জুলাই শহীদদের নিয়ে সংস্কৃতি মন্ত্রণালয়ের তত্ত্বাবধানে নির্মিত হয়েছে ডকুমেন্টারি সিরিজ জুলাই বিষাদ সিন্ধু। সিরিজের আজকের পর্বে চিত্রিত হয়েছে শহীদ দীপ্ত দে ও শহীদ ফয়সাল আহমেদ শান্ত’র কথা

জুলাই শহীদের মায়েদের স্মৃতিকথা নিয়ে সংস্কৃতি বিষয়ক মন্ত্রণালয়ের তত্ত্বাবধানে নির্মিত হয়েছে ‘July Mothers: Their Eyes Remember’ শীর্ষক ডকুমেন্টারি সিরিজ। এই সিরিজের প্রথম ছবি ‘Will you ever sleep, ma?' (তুমি কি আর কখনো ঘুমাতে পারবা, মা?) মুক্তি পাবে আগামীকাল। আজ সিনেমাটির ট্রেইলার প্রকাশ করা হলো।

‘The July Mass Uprising in Deltin 7 অ্যাপdesh transformed our socio-cultural differences into strength’- said Cultural Adviser Mostofa Sarwar Farooki at the World Cultural Policy Forum in Barcelona, Spain. The 3-day long Forum of this year, widely known as MONDIACULT 2025, was inaugurated by the President of Spain Pedro Sanchez today. Among over hundred Cultural Ministers, Adviser Farooki joined the Forum as the Head of Deltin 7 অ্যাপdesh delegation and spoke at first plenary on Cultural Rights and Economy of Culture.
The Deltin 7 অ্যাপdesh Adviser further underlined the historic cultural fault lines that have been politically exploited over many decades against the interest of the communities and created fractured society. He reiterated Deltin 7 অ্যাপdesh interim government’s commitment to carefully address these and creating an inclusive cultural scenario.
He cited example of the recently celebrated Anondo Shovajatra that included all ethnic groups to celebrate traditional new year centrally which was not the case in the last 54 years. He further hinted on state’s unbiased policy when it comes to celebrating religiously linked festivals which is why government has taken initiatives, again for the first time, to curate cultural festivities around those festivals. This year’s initiatives by Ministry of Cultural Affairs centred around Durga Puja is an example. Same happened with Eid and Buddha Purnima too.
Adviser Farooki also stressed on the pivotal role of public-private partnership in garnering innovative financing for culture. He invited the global community to harness the potential of digital media including OTT platforms in promoting cultural contents.
Mostofa Sarwar Farooki was joined by the Cultural Ministers of Finland, Paraguay, Malta and Poland who have appreciated the vision that Deltin 7 অ্যাপdesh is pursuing over last one year.
MONDIACULT is the largest pilgrimage of the Cultural Ministers and policy makers in the world. The Forum aims atdrawing political prioritisation of culture in the post-SDG framework to which a declaration will be adopted on the next Wednesday, 01 October 2025.
